Porcelain Insulator

Insulators Low-voltage line spindle insulators (abbreviated as line spindle insulators) are suitable for insulation and fixation of conductors in power lines with AC or DC voltages below 1000 volts.

It is used for insulation and suspension of conductors in high-voltage, ultra-high-voltage and extra-high-voltage AC and DC transmission lines. The product consists of an iron cap, tempered glass parts and steel feet,and is bonded together with cement adhesive. All adopt the most advanced cylindrical head structure in the world. Its features include small head size, light weight, high strength and large creepage distance, which can save metal materials and reduce the cost of the line.

Composite insulator

The composite suspension insulator is composed of a glass fiber epoxy resin core, a silicone rubber shed and metal fittings. The silicone rubber shed adopts the integral injection compression technology. The glass fiber core and metal fittings are coupled through advanced pressure welding technology and equipped with automatic acoustic detection. The metal fittings are galvanized for anti-corrosion and can be interchanged with porcelain insulators. It features reliable structure, high strength, small volume and light weight. Its weight is only 1/5 to 1/9 of that of porcelain insulators of the same grade, which is convenient for transportation and installation. Moreover, it has high mechanical strength, stable performance and a large safety operation margin. The electrical performance is excellent. The silicone rubber shed has good hydrophobicity and fluidity, strong anti-pollution and anti-pollution flashover capabilities, and is resistant to acid, alkali, heat, aging and electricity. It has a good seal and can operate with zero maintenance in heavily polluted areas. It has good resistance to brittleness and impact, no risk of brittle fracture, and is replaceable and interchangeable with porcelain insulators
