Recently, the company held its annual educational assistance event for employees’ families. Staff members and their children gathered on-site to kick off this heartwarming activity.
During the event, the young visitors toured our production workshops to experience their parents’ daily working environment. Through introductions to the company’s operations and corporate culture, they gained a deeper understanding of their parents’ hard work and the value of labor, planting seeds of gratitude and ambition in their hearts.
In the sharing session, 12 newly admitted undergraduate children of employees took the stage one by one. They shared their personal journeys, university placements and future life plans, demonstrating the youthful vitality and positive aspirations of the younger generation, and setting inspiring examples for other attendees.
At the closing of the event, Chairman Xiao Jinlin delivered a speech.
